Hello! This is Sandeep's story.
Sandeep has 20+ years of rich experience in IT industry working with global companies like IBM, Western Power Australia, SSE UK, Vodafone Spain & Italy among others
His role as Software Architect, involves designing software solutions and guiding development teams working on latest technology stack such as Enterprise Java, Angular NodeJS Mongo Express (MEAN) full stack, Python, Clouds to name a few
His management experience includes heading interview panels, recruiting, training, mentoring & managing software development teams.
Vision / Why I am doing this ?
Being from a small town like Dehradun, I had my fair share of struggle to get a foothold into Software industry. Over the years, I gained experience from all over the world by working in different countries, with different people having different cultures & areas of expertise.
After returning my hometown Dehradun, I observed that students still face the same issues which I faced 20 years back ! A huge gap still exists between academics and real industry.
I always had a taste for technology. My time in the industry made me realize that I also had a passion for mentoring, training & guiding young minds.
With that thought, I decided to setup codecoach for sharing my technical knowledge and experience with youngsters. Training & coaching them to get a firm start by bridging that skill gap with industry. So that they can learn today and lead tomorrow !
